Tesco PLC is seeking an experienced Shift Lead to supervise in-store teams in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead by example, deliver great service, and ensure customer needs are met while building an inclusive, supportive team culture.

You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day operations, across all store areas, coaching colleagues, and stepping in during the Manager’s absence. This role offers flexible hours and the chance to grow with Tesco.

Qualifications

• Experience in a team lead or management role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong role model posture with passion for delivering great service and meeting customer needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and keep the team well informed.
