Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to guide store teams and deliver outstanding customer service in our busy stores. You’ll help manage daily operations, train colleagues, and model excellent service.

You'll lead across all store areas, support managers in their absence, and build inclusive, supportive teams. Availability is scheduled with at least 3 weeks’ notice, minimum 16 hours per week, and you must be 18 or over to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to coach colleagues.
• Clear communicator with the ability to keep the team informed.
