Iceland Foods is looking for a committed Shift Manager to support the store management team and deliver exceptional service to customers. You will be recruited as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 supplement for every hour that you shift manage the store.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Communicates effectively with colleagues to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance.
• Sets the pace on shift with hands-on leadership to deliver a great store.
