Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to join our stores in the United Kingdom. You will guide the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, oversee daily operations, and act as the go-to person for store queries.

Qualifications

• Experience in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with colleagues, acting as the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
• Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and modelling great service.
• Leading the store in the Manager’s absence and making balanced, flexible decisions.
