Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to lead store teams, manage day-to-day operations, and deliver outstanding customer service in-store. You will work across all store areas, act as the go-to person for operations, and coach colleagues to perform at their best.

Ideal candidates have prior team-lead experience in fast-paced retail, with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. In-store role with flexible hours, and benefits to support work-life balance.
