Job summary

Sainsbury’s Glasgow is seeking a Services Assistant to help customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks and petrol stations, and to support with Click & Collect and on-demand grocery orders.

You’ll develop strong product knowledge, assist customers with queries and promote promotions while maintaining store standards. A friendly, proactive teammate in a busy, collaborative setting.

• Willingness to learn and use new digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve and support customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks and petrol stations.
• Assist customers with Click & Collect and on-demand grocery ordering.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to offer recommendations.
• Handle complaints and refunds, manage shelf tickets and advertising.
• Move and retrieve trolleys in car parks and support store operations.
• Work flexibly across the store as needed.
