CYS Security is seeking a Security Officer to help create a safe, welcoming and secure environment for customers and colleagues. You will stay calm under pressure, lead with professionalism and take pride in delivering great service while protecting people and products.

In a fast-paced retail setting you will be a visible presence, prevent loss, respond to incidents, and use store technology such as mobile reporting and body-worn cameras.

Qualifications

• Experience in security is preferred.
• Must hold a valid SIA licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, confident and professional approach.
• Proactive mindset with quick decision-making.
• Passion for customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence in-store to deter loss and ensure safety.
• Respond to incidents and assist with emergency procedures when needed.
• Use store technology (mobile reporting, body-worn cameras) to support operations.
