Kingdom Group is recruiting for a professional Retail Security Officer to join our team at Poundstretcher Leyton. The role requires a highly visible security presence to keep customers and staff safe, while delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence, have own transport and be able to work 38 hours per week on a Wednesday-Sunday pattern, including 11:00–19:00 on Wed/Thu/Fri and 11:00–17:00 on Sat/Sun. Flexibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence within the store.

• Complete accurate incident reports and relevant documentation.
• Support store management with loss prevention initiatives.

Shift Pattern

• 38 Hours Per Week
• Wednesday - Sunday
• Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 11:00 - 19:00
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 - 17:00
• Flexibility may be required to meet operational requirements.

The ideal applicant will possess strong observational skills, excellent attention to detail, good timekeeping, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure whilst working both independently and as part of a team.
