Job summary

Mitie is hiring Retail Security Officers for Asda Dudley High Street. Pay rate £13.10 per hour with shifts mornings, evenings and weekends. You will deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe shopping environment, patrolling the store and operating CCTV systems.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach. SIA license is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry-leading customer service.
• Deter violence and public order offences.
• Conduct store patrols and CCTV monitoring to reduce crime and losses.
• Liaise with store management and police when required.
• Report incidents and crimes using our technology and procedures.
