Qualifications

• Experience of delivering Customer Service.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

• Capability in the use of technology.
• Good attention to detail and enthusiasm.
• Previous similar role is desirable but not essential.
• SIA licence desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry-leading customer service in-store.
• Deter violence and public order offences while patrolling.
• Utilise CCTV to reduce crime and stock loss.
• Liaise with store management and police as needed.
• Report incidents through the company systems.
• Wear full uniform and maintain high standards.
