You will help maintain a safe, welcoming store experience and support both customers and colleagues. You will be part of the wider store team, delivering professionalism, reassurance and a high standard of customer service while remaining calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5 years of verifiable UK work history.
• Customer-facing experience in retail or security is preferred.
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts professionally.

Responsibilities

• Create a visible, welcoming and reassuring presence within store.
• Support customers and colleagues professionally and confidently.
• Respond to incidents, theft and security concerns.
• De-escalate challenging situations calmly and respectfully.
