Overview

East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) has a vision to be the most loved charity shop in our community. The income from our shops and online platforms play a vital role in raising essential funds for children and families at a time they need it most.

For aspiring Shop Managers & Area Managers we have a structured, competency-based development tool, focused on supporting individuals to develop confidence and skills in all areas of their role, including online, internal and external training. Role and location

Retail Sales Supervisor – Sheringham shop - NR26 8RG

Contract and hours

Part-Time – 14 hours per week, 2 days over a 6 day week including weekends. Mandatory weekend working on a rotational basis. Permanent Contract. £12.21 per hour.

The role
  • Working with the shop manager to maximise sales of donated and new stock.
  • Supporting the shop volunteer team by providing guidance and direction to their efforts.
  • Maintaining a high standard of display, presentation and cleanliness throughout the shop.
  • In the absence of the manager, ensuring that all monies are banked, daily/weekly banking & reporting processes are followed and shop is opened and closed at end of day.
