Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking a Delivery Team member for a fixed-term contract in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will support store management to create a friendly, customer-focused store environment and reflect URBN brand values.

You will engage customers, assist in training peers, help with merchandising and display projects, and ensure health and safety standards. Availability is M/W/F 8am–1pm, contributing to daily tasks and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment – a must.
• An awareness of the Urban Outfitters brand and its appeal to the local market.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience through conversation and service.
• Support store management to maintain a welcoming store environment and reflect store standards.
• Assist in the training and development of peers and participate in meetings.
• Participate in merchandising and display projects while keeping stock well organised.
• Maintain health and safety standards and awareness of loss prevention guidelines.
