Job summary

Urban Outfitters Europe in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Service Team member on a fixed-term contract. You will deliver a positive customer experience, support the store management, and help uphold the VIBE philosophy through engaging service, teamwork, and strong communication.

You will assist in training peers, contribute to merchandising and stock tasks, participate in meetings, and maintain health and safety standards while benefiting from employee discounts and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment – a must.
• An awareness of the Urban Outfitters brand and its appeal to the local market.
• Strong communication skills.
