Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a part-time Delivery Team member to support store management in fostering a creative, customer-focused environment and to uphold the VIBE philosophy. You will assist in training peers and contribute to daily store operations.

The role includes tills, shipments, stock organization, and merchandising support, with a FTC contract and morning hours (M/W/F 8am-1pm). Strong communication and retail experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment is essential.
• Awareness of the Urban Outfitters brand and its local market appeal.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in till, shipment tasks, and fitting room guidelines.
• Participate in processing new shipments and keep receiving and back stock areas clean and organized.
• Complete weekly tasks such as markdowns, re-tickets, transfers and RTVs while adhering to loss prevention guidelines.
