Job summary

Urban Outfitters Europe is seeking a Delivery Team member for a fixed-term contract with morning shifts (8am–1pm) on M/W/F at our Newcastle store. You will engage customers, support the store team, and uphold Urban Outfitters standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment is a must.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service.
• Assist in maintaining store merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Contribute to the overall VIBE by being positive and helpful to peers.
• Participate in daily and department meetings and training with peers.
• Help with stock, receipts, shelf replenishment, and loss prevention basics.
