URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Service Team member in Newcastle upon Tyne to support store management in creating a vibrant, customer‑focused environment. You will help maintain the VIBE and uphold brand standards through engaging service and teamwork.

The role requires weekend availability and a fixed-term contract. You will contribute to training peers, participate in daily team meetings, and assist in merchandising and display projects to reflect current product trends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• An awareness of the Urban Outfitters brand and its local market appeal.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience through conversation and service.
• Enhance the VIBE during prime time selling hours.
• Provide a store experience that reflects the company’s mystery shop standards.
• Contribute positively to the overall VIBE and act as a role model to peers.
• Demonstrate proficiency with tills, shipments, and fitting room guidelines.
• Assist in processing new shipments and keep receiving/back stock organised.
• Complete weekly tasks (markdowns, re-tickets, transfers, RTVs) accurately and on time.
• Follow loss prevention guidelines and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain merchandising standards and keep the sales floor well stocked.
