Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a store team member to assist the management in creating a creative store environment that reflects our VIBE philosophy and supports employee development.

You will engage customers with friendly service, support shipments and stock, maintain tidy merchandising, participate in meetings, and help train peers while upholding health and safety standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
• Awareness of Urban Outfitters brand and local market.
• Experience in retail is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a friendly customer experience through conversation and service.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
• Maintain store standards and reflect the Urban Outfitters vibe.
• Support in receiving shipments and keep back stock tidy.
• Keep merchandising and displays neat, stocked, and ticketed.
• Participate in weekly tasks and store meetings.
