Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: initiates genuine conversation to engage with the customer in a personalised way where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
• Teamwork & Communication: builds productive relationships with peers; asks for support when needed and helps others.
• Visual & Business Operations: maintains Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer; stays current on merchandising updates.
• Merchandising & Display: executes stock-to-sales processes and presentation standards and understands how the merchant process impacts the business and customer experience.
