Job summary

URBN in Leeds is seeking a retail assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and embody Anthropologie's brand experience. You will engage customers, share styling ideas, and support in-store and online orders for items not available in-store.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to contribute to store initiatives while maintaining brand standards. Previous retail exposure is helpful but not mandatory, with a focus on delivering a welcoming customer

Qualifications

Retail experience is preferred but not required.
Awareness of the Anthropologie brand and its appeal to the local market.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Engage customers with personalised conversations to make them feel welcome and valued.
Support selling culture by connecting with customers and suggesting products.
Provide Omni-Channel service, transact in-store, locate sizes/colors, and place orders for out-of-stock items.
Build productive relationships with peers, share product knowledge, and inspire customers.
Contribute to store initiatives and recognize colleagues to maintain morale.
Provide insights about customer and employee experience to store leadership.
