URBN in Birmingham is seeking a friendly retail team member to deliver engaging customer experiences, maintain store standards, and support daily operations across tills, stock, and merchandising. This role emphasizes the URBN VIBE and requires strong communication and a passion for fashion and local market trends.

You will participate in training and team meetings, assist in merchandising, and help ensure a well-organised, welcoming store environment with a focus on exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment is welcome but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
• Awareness of Urban Outfitters brand and its appeal to the local market.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a positive, friendly customer service experience.
• Contribute to the VIBE in-store by focusing on customers during peak hours.
• Assist in training and development of peers and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain store standards for merchandising, stock, tills, and fitting room guidelines.
• Support in weekly tasks such as markdowns and transfers as needed.
• Follow health & safety regulations and loss prevention guidelines.
