Job summary

Urban Outfitters is hiring a part-time store associate in Birmingham. You will help create a welcoming store environment and deliver excellent customer service while representing the URBN brand in line with local market tastes.

You’ll contribute to daily operations, merchandising, and team collaboration, maintaining store standards and a positive attitude. Training and development are available to grow with the brand and support community needs.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus, not required.
• Familiar with the Urban Outfitters brand and its local market.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service.
• Enhance the VIBE by focusing on customers during prime time selling hours.
• Provide a store experience that reflects the Company’s mystery shop standards.
• Contribute to the overall VIBE in the store by being positive, respectful and helpful to others.
• Uphold Company standards and act as a positive role model to peers.
