You will engage customers, offer product recommendations, and support seamless omni-channel experiences to enhance the shopping journey.

You will collaborate with the team, share knowledge on trends, and help maintain visual standards and store operations to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment – not a must.
• An awareness of the Anthropologie brand and its appeal to the local market.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Connection: engage customers with personalised conversations to make them feel welcome and valued.
• Sell Culture: support selling environment by sharing product suggestions.
• Omni-Channel Service: transact with tech, help find sizes/colors, and place orders for items not in store.
• Teamwork: build relationships with peers and seek support when needed.
• Share Knowledge: convey product knowledge and trends to inspire customers.
• Store Communications: provide feedback to store leadership and participate in store initiatives.
• Visual & Operations: contribute to service KPIs, support shipment and omni order fulfillment, maintain standards.
• Merchandising & Display: execute stock-to-sales processes and stay aligned with brand messaging.
