Job summary

You will help train peers, maintain high standards in tills, shipments and fitting room procedures, and contribute to merchandising and daily team meetings to drive sales and customer satisfaction in a vibrant retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Awareness of Urban Outfitters brand and local market appeal.
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly service and conversation.
• Uphold Urban Outfitters VIBE during peak hours.
• Support training and development of peers.
• Maintain tills, shipments and fitting room guidelines.
• Assist in merchandising and store cleanliness and stock management.
• Attend daily department meetings and participate in team initiatives.
