Job summary

Urban Outfitters Europe is seeking a customer-focused retail team member for our Southampton store. You will deliver a positive shopping experience, engage customers and uphold the VIBE store standards while supporting management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment is not required.
• Awareness of the Urban Outfitters brand and its appeal to the local market.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience through conversation and service.
• Enhance the VIBE by engaging customers during peak hours.
• Uphold store standards reflecting the company’s mystery shop criteria.
• Assist in training peers and participate in daily department meetings.
• Handle tills, shipments, and fitting room guidelines; keep back stock organized.
• Support merchandising and display projects and keep the sales floor stocked.
• Follow health & safety regulations and loss prevention guidelines.
