A leading UK convenience retailer in Lochgelly is seeking a Store Colleague/Sales Assistant to provide excellent customer service and promote products. You will operate tills, manage stock, and support store operations. Ideal candidates enjoy building relationships within the community. Benefits include colleague discounts and a pension scheme.
Required for 39.00 hours per week. Here at McColls we pride ourselves on being the second largest multiple convenience operator in the UK. As a Store Colleague/Sales Assistant it will be your responsibility to ensure our customers receive the first class customer service that they have come to expect every time they visit one of our stores. It is also about talking to customers promoting various products through active selling. (*Please do not worry we will train you to do this*).
We are looking for people who enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues alike, and who take pride in working as part of the local community.
