The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially-minded Retail Programme Manager to lead the planning delivery and optimisation of key retail initiatives across our national branch network. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment excels at cross-functional collaboration and has a passion for driving operational excellence in retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of retail programmes from concept and planning through to rollout measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Operations Marketing Supply Chain Commercial and IT to ensure initiatives are delivered on time within scope and aligned with business strategy.
  • Develop and manage project plans workflows communications and training materials to support successful implementation across branches.
  • Analyse data and feedback to assess programme impact identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure consistent execution of retail standards customer experience enhancements and commercial initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for branch teams providing guidance clarity and support throughout programme delivery.
About You
  • Proven experience in retail project or programme managementpreferably within automotive trade or fast-paced multi-site retail.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills.
  • Confident using project tools and systems to track progress and report clearly.
