Job summary

Nike Merry Hill is seeking a Retail Lead (40 hours) to deliver world-class service and premium brand experiences. You will coordinate, coach and motivate a team, supporting daily business to hit sales targets across digital services, visuals, and promotions.

You will be a brand ambassador for Nike, ensuring standards are met and a positive store atmosphere is maintained. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a small team of peers.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours (40 hrs FULL TIME).

Responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class consumer service and premium Nike brand experience.
• Coordinate, coach and motivate team while maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
