Nike Unite Wembley is seeking a Retail Lead to deliver world-class service and premium brand experiences. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate a small team while supporting daily business to hit sales targets, drive digital services, visual merchandising, and promotions.

As a front-line brand ambassador, you will uphold Nike standards, resolve issues with store leadership, and lead by example on the sales floor to bring the consumer journey to life.

Competenze

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a small team of peers.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling; retail hours including weekends/holidays.
