Job summary

Nike Women Chelsea Kings Road is seeking a Retail Lead to join our team, delivering world-class service and a premium brand experience to consumers. You will coach and motivate the store team, manage daily operations, support sales targets, digital services, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns, and act as a brand ambassador for NIKE initiatives.

You will work cross-functionally, ensure NIKE standards, and help create an engaging, inclusive store environment while guiding team

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a small team of peers.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work full time, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver world-class service.
