Nike Wembley Factory Store in London is seeking a Lead (Supervisor) to guide a high-volume retail team and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll coach staff, drive store growth strategies, and embody the Nike culture with a passion for sport and teamwork.

The role requires substantial stockroom experience, proven leadership, and the ability to recruit and develop a high-performing team. You’ll work mornings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Stockroom experience in retail or hospitality.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team that keeps store functions running.
• Staffing the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Equip staff with tools to succeed in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Lead the store's team and business results/metrics including budgeting and stockroom excellence.
• Managing product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.
