Oliver Bonas is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver an outstanding in-store experience across key days in the week. You will maintain product knowledge, communicate effectively with the team, and contribute to stock deliveries, health and safety, and store upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in all training opportunities and contribute to team sessions.
• Embrace ownership of tasks and set a good example for the team.
• Adhere to operational practices and procedures incl. stock deliveries, health and safety, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store including stockroom areas.
• Support other stores where needed.
• Be aware of the store's sales targets and performance metrics.
• Be aware of product best-sellers to support sales growth.
