Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Service Manager for its Retail FM portfolio in the UK. The role leads hard and soft FM delivery across multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence and strong client outcomes.

You will manage cross-site operations, lead engineering and operational teams, and collaborate with clients to optimise performance, safety and service quality. A proactive, hands-on leader with strong stakeholder skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, M&E, or a similar operational environment.
• Experience managing multiple sites across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Commercial and financial management experience, including budget responsibility.
• Experience operating within retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environments.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to service excellence.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
