Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, engineering or similar operational environment.
• Experience managing multiple sites across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Commercial and financial management experience, including budget responsibility.
• Experience operating within retail, hospitality or customer-focused environments.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
