Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead the delivery of hard and soft FM services across a diverse retail portfolio in the UK. You will own service delivery across multiple locations, build strong client relationships, and guide high-performing engineering and operational teams.

You will drive operational, financial and commercial performance, manage budgets and compliance, and work with supply partners to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within Facilities Management, M&E, engineering or similar operational environment.
• Experience managing multiple sites across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of facilities management services across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain exceptional client and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive operational, financial and commercial performance.
• Support business continuity and minimise operational disruption.
• Manage contract budgets and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
