Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Service Manager to lead the delivery of hard and soft FM services across a dispersed retail portfolio in the UK. You will own service delivery across locations, building strong client relationships and steering engineering and operational teams to achieve exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.

• Experience in FM, M&E or similar operations.
• Experience across multiple sites within a dispersed portfolio.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Commercial awareness and financial management.
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred.
