Job summary

JD GROUP in the United Kingdom seeks a proactive Supervisor to support shop floor operations in Lowestoft. You will lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift, and uphold high standards of service, presentation, and store performance.

This role covers opening and closing routines, cash handling, till accuracy, and daily tasks, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and the ability to demonstrate company values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets expected standards.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
