Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a Shop Supervisor to help run the shop floor, lead by example, and uphold high service standards for customers. You will guide colleagues during shifts and support daily operational tasks under Store Management.

The role requires supervisory experience in fast-paced retail, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail. A passion for retail trends and presenting products to brand guidelines will be key to success.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail.
• Strong communication skills to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Attention to detail with the ability to uphold high service, presentation, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent JD service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with JD’s brand expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
