Job summary

Responsibilities
- Lead by example delivering warm, personal, and brand-led customer experiences.
- Support colleagues to build confidence in conversations, make product recommendations and drive conversion.
- Use feedback to spot risks to service and act quickly.
- Coach and onboard new starters, reinforcing brand and service standards.
- Maintain service standards and ensure customers feel welcomed and valued.
- Champion brand values and multi-channel service on the shop floor.
- Escalate issues to store management when needed.
