Job summary

JD Sports Fashion is seeking a Supervisor to help ensure smooth shop-floor operations and outstanding customer service. You will lead by example, guide colleagues during shifts, and maintain high presentation and store performance standards.

You’ll also support daily tasks as directed by Store Management. The role requires prior supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail, strong communication skills, and keen attention to detail to uphold JD’s brand standards across service,

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote JD Group values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent JD service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in‑store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with JD’s brand expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
