You will lead on customer service, merchandising, stock control and daily operations, including opening/closing routines, cash processes and audits, building a high-performing, inclusive team aligned to brand

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Strong leadership with coaching and development of colleagues.
• Excellent communication and customer-resolution skills.

• Lead the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer service standards and premium experience.
• Drive commercial performance through effective merchandising, stock management and team motivation.
• Own store KPIs with consistent progress and strong results.
