Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is recruiting a Key Lead to supervise on the shop floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and help the store leadership team drive daily sales and customer experience.

The role requires retail experience and strong communication; you will open/close, manage POS, and support inventory control while delivering brand standards and visual displays on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong customer focus and excellent communication.
• Show interpersonal skills and initiative in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Minimum high school education; retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
