Job summary

The Range is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy Chester store. You will lead from the shop floor, coach colleagues and ensure excellent customer experiences.

• Experience supervising retail teams and leading colleagues on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a friendly, helpful and efficient customer experience at all times.
• Lead by example in providing excellent customer service.
• Support effective queue management and customer flow during busy periods.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Promote a positive and engaging in-store experience.
• Support, motivate and guide store colleagues with coaching and feedback.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised and ready for trade each day.
• Maintain high merchandising and presentation standards and stock availability.
• Monitor deliveries, stock movement and warehouse organisation.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and health & safety compliance.
