The Range is seeking an experienced Duty Manager for our Aldershot store. You will support the Store Manager and Deputy Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, high store standards and smooth day-to-day operations on the shop floor.

You will lead colleagues, coach performance, manage stock and promotions, and ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory, team leader or management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on and flexible approach with a customer-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and standards.
• Lead and coach shop floor colleagues, deliver training and development.
• Maintain merchandising, stock control and compliance with policies.
• Support opening/closing procedures and health & safety practices.
