The Range is seeking a Duty Manager in Luton to support the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager in delivering excellent customer experiences. You will lead from the front, coach colleagues, and ensure store standards across service, merchandising, health & safety and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail teams and leading from the front.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to train others.
• Good organisation and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure high standards.
• Lead colleagues on the shop floor, coach and develop performance.
• Manage customer queries, complaints and queue flow during peak times.
• Ensure merchandising, stock, safety and EPOS procedures are followed.
