Job summary

The Range is seeking a Duty Manager to support day-to-day store operations in Salford. You will lead the shop floor team, coach colleagues, and ensure high standards across customer service, merchandising, and safety.

This is a hands-on role for a proactive retail professional in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Store leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain stock availability, and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory, team leader or management experience.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the store, ensuring excellent standards across customer service, merchandising, compliance, health & safety and team performance.
• Lead colleagues on the shop floor, provide coaching and support, and ensure all procedures are delivered consistently.
• Deliver a friendly, helpful and efficient customer experience at all times.
• Support with opening and closing procedures and stock movement.
