The Range is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of our Gloucester store at Gloucester Retail Park. You will lead from the front, coach colleagues and ensure outstanding customer service, safe operations and high store standards.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will supervise daily activities, manage queues during busy periods and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture that puts customers first.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory, team leader or management experience
• Strong customer service ethos
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues
• Comfort in a fast-paced store environment

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure high standards across customer service, merchandising, health & safety and compliance.
• Lead and coach shop-floor colleagues, supporting induction and development.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and stock movement oversight.
• Maintain store standards and support promotional activity to drive sales.
