The Range is seeking a proactive Duty Manager for our Birstall store in West Yorkshire. You will support day-to-day operations, coach colleagues, and uphold outstanding store standards while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Join a fast-paced retail environment, lead from the front, manage customer queries, merchandising and health & safety procedures, and help drive sales through strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory, team leader or management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving ability.
• Hands-on and flexible approach.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a friendly, helpful and efficient customer experience at all times.
• Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and coaching colleagues.
• Support opening and closing procedures, merchandising and stock availability.
• Monitor health & safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist with stock deliveries, stock movement and warehouse organisation.
