Qualifications

• Aged 18+ (legal requirement).
• Supervisory experience with customer service teams.
• Strong interpersonal and empathy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives.

• Maintain high shop standards and visual displays.
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
