William Hill operates a Retail shop team in Alloa, part of evoke. We are recruiting a Team Leader who will supervise a Customer Service Representatives team on the shop floor, delivering great customer service and driving performance.

You will lead, coach, and develop colleagues, maintain high shop standards, champion safer gambling, handle opening/closing duties, and ensure targets are met while applying flexible hours across 8am–10pm, 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• Aged 18+ (it's a legal requirement).

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a team of Customer Service Representatives.
• Coaching and development of your team.
• Maintaining high standards and ensuring the shop always looks the part.
• Building relationships with customers and providing excellent service.
• Championing safer gambling at all times.
• Opening and closing the shop with team support.
• Ensuring the shop achieves targets.
